The residence is located into a very strategical position. It is a wonderful starting point for your holiday in Sicily:

• At less of 1 Km the little town of S. Flavia where the beautiful Villa Filangeri (town hall) is the most impressive evidence.
• Also worth a visit is the Soluntina di Sant'Anna basilica, magnificent example of Sicilian Baroque.
• At 1,5 Km the archaeological site of Solunto.
• At 2 Km the Baroque villas of Bagheria particularly the Villa Palagonia also known as “Villa dei Mostri”, one of the most extraordinary examples of Sicilian Baroque culture.
• Palermo only 16 km away : by train two stops and you are there in 15 minutes.
• The highway PA-CT-ME (only 3 km) allows to easily reach the most interesting tourist and archaeological destinations of the island : Monreal, Cefalù, Agrigento, Segesta, Selinunte, Piazza Armerina and the volcano Etna .
